A brand new 2014 luxury two bedroom apartment situated in the most south location in Athens in Moshaton area 100m away from the Moshaton Municipality close to the coastal road with easy access to most of the Athens beaches like Flisvos , Palaio falliro , Glifada, Voula , Vouliagmeni e.c.t
The apartment is situated on the second floor of an elegant minimal modern new building with a veranda 30sq.m. that benefits from the view to the square in 150m ideal for morning coffee, a glass of Rose wine in the afternoon or an evening aperitif before dinner.
The building has a luxury elevator for 5 people.
The veranda has remote controlled tents front and both sides where you can relax with privacy and review daily life.
The apartment has an open plan contemporary living room with fire-place , dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Top modern amenities include wifi, HD flat panel TV, Blu Ray DVD.
The fully integrated luxury open plan kitchen area has a ceramic automatic hob & oven ,extractor fun, smoke alarm , large fridge/freezer and washer/dryer with coffee maker, plus all kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery you would expect from a top class apartment.
Heated water with solar panel or electric during winter.
The contemporary under floor heating & cooling lead to all rooms throughout the apartment.

The two luxury double bedrooms have top quality bed sheets and modern minimal furnishings with luxurious, soft towels. There is a bathroom with shower plus a separate contemporary WC with shower too. We provide quality soaps and shampoos for our guests.

35 minutes from Elefterios Venizelos International Airport, situated in a quiet residential area equidistant from Piraeus Harbour and Paleo Faliro beach , you will find Moshaton Flat.
Moshato is a luxury flat that accommodates up to 6 people.
It has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. A double sofa bed in the lounge area. Each room has access to a balcony via patio doors. Hair dryers are provided in all bedrooms.
The open plan fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher.
The washing/dryer machine is in a small storage place in the 10sq.m. back balcony.
The living area has a dining table for 6 people. There is a lounge with flat TV , DVD and CD/Radio.
FREE child facilities include cot, high chair, cot linen, infant toilet seat, cutlery and plastic cups and plates
The flat –except the underfloor heating & cooling - is fully air conditioned with fan coils for extra comfort of our guests during the summer months, converting to a heating system during the cooler season working with electric pump. Additionally, energy double lazing glasses and thermostat.
Special earthquake proof contruction according the new regulations.
The flat is a non-smoking establishment, although ashtrays are provided, for guests wishing to smoke outside in the veranda.
Bed sheets and house towels are included.
We don't recommend car hire, as the underground station is 7 minutes walk and the bus station in 100m.The Municipality of Moshato provide also bicycles to rent. In any case -if is requested- the local taxi company that we recommend are always available to take you to other areas, beaches, restaurants or local attractions. They will collect very promptly from the flat or your choice of venue. They are also bookable in advance. There is a timetabled bus service every 10 minutes. Tram station in 500m. going to most Athens beaches .
The flat is situated in a quiet residential area. The local supermarkets stocks a full range of products, from local produce to any imported food product. Adjacent to the supermarket are several food outlets selling traditional Greek food, fresh fish and a bakery. There are local Tavernas within walking distance. Two minutes walking down the road Mr. George will be most pleased to well come you to your table in his " En Moshato" taverna.
The surrounding areas of Kallithea , Piraeus , Flisvos ect also have a very big variety of local restaurants. Flisvos Marina or Microlimano area (Piraeus) there are some of the - few minutes' drive away-areas full of bars and restaurants. Piraeus Ave , the most famous area with live shows and Theatres is also a few minutes away .
Athens is full of life. A few minutes' drive further on, leads you to the sandy beaches and water sports which are full of bars and restaurants. Piraeus harbor for a day trip to the closest islands like Aegina or Poros is about 10 minutes away.Places to visit and activities of Athens has something to offer all ages and tastes.A top winter destination is the Arahova ski center in Parnassos Mountain for skiing in 2,5 hours from Athens and visit the ancient city and Museum of Delphi .Closer day excursions are plentiful to Parnitha mountain or day/sunset cruises, fishing trips and guided walks.If more lively activities are preferred, jet skis, parachuting , water skiing, scuba diving. Go-karting, golf, cycling and horse riding , paint ball , shooting are all close by, as well as a water park or Alu fan park.The area is ideal for walking, jogging and cycling.After “ACROPOLIS” there are many more historic places and museums to visit.
There is no preferred changeover day.
Arrival and departure times are 4pm and 10am respectively. However, should no other guests be arriving or leaving the flat on your dates, then the times would be flexible at no additional cost. We will confirm these details closer to your holiday.
