Charming cottage / pool for 2 people. Recommended by Le Petit Futé. Price TTC. Only one cottage on the property. Linen (sheets, towels and tea towels), end of stay cleaning included. Holiday checks accepted. Soothing and picturesque setting. The ideal to relax. Well educated animals allowed after permission of the owner. Provençal house on one level, Located on the heights of Gargas, village ocrier, you benefit from a privileged location, with a panoramic view of the Luberon and the villages of Provence. Central position for visiting hilltop villages. Bonnieux, Lacoste, Buoux, Saignon, Roussillon, Ménerbes, Gordes ... The bastide includes the home of the owners. The cottage, located to the east, has an independent access on its private furnished terrace (full garden furniture, deck chair, barbecue) without opposite. Private entrance of the house, not overlooked. The cottage has two rooms, cool in summer. • in the first room: - an integrated kitchen area (combined microwave oven, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), a storage cupboard with crockery / cutlery utensils and cookware - a dining area (furniture of character), a couch, a library (books, games, radio, television, WiFi, air conditioning) • in the second room: - a PALACE bed in 160 cm. - the bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet with door. Outside: Local laundry room and local bike. The land of 1500 m² is fenced with electric gate (shaded courtyard, landscaped garden).
