Daily maid service, Heated Infinity Pool with Jacuzzi jet seating, Outdoor Bar, BBQ, fabulous Sea Views and elegant furnishings indoors and out - ideal for entertaining and relaxing. Located in the upmarket and unspoilt resort of Kalkan, on Turkey's gorgeous Turquoise Coast, Villa Amycha is fully equipped for a fantastic family or friends holiday.

The huge south facing Pool Terrace with views over both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays is the perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming, relaxing in the jacuzzi, dining, sipping a cocktail at the fabulous marble bar or enjoying sundowners whilst appreciating the amazing views from the shaded lounge area. Equipped with 9 comfortable Sun Loungers with parasols, external Dining Table seating for 10, contemporary sofa seating, a fabulous marble wet bar with 6 bar stools and of course the requisite barbecue for those occasional nights when you're not tempted by the delights of Kalkan's renowned restaurants!
In addition you can escape the sun and get a little more active in the shaded area playing Table Tennis, Air Hockey or Pool - Ideal for children and teens or the whole family. For the less energetic kick back in the shaded lounging area or play backgammon or chess
Inside, Villa Amycha is just as impressive; - with 220m2 of built area it is spacious and airy and has fabulous views from all rooms. The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen is fully equipped and tastefully and comfortably furnished in a contemporary style. There is WiFi throughout, Apple TV and an Xbox 360 in the sitting room and IPTV giving over 75 English language channels (Movies, News, Sports & Children's channels) on all 3 TVs in the property.
There are 3 Ensuite Double Bedrooms with super King Beds, one Ensuite Twin Bedroom and one Single Bedroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, all have hairdryers, and all, except the single room, have private balconies or terrace with amazing views over the pool, Kalkan, Kalkan and Kalamar Bays and across to the islands. Both the Master bedroom and the second Guest Bedroom have flatscreen TVs. The master ensuite even has a jacuzzi bath and a picture window to allow a bath or shower with a sea view..... equipped with blinds for privacy of course!
There is a fully equipped kitchen & laundry room for your personal use, but a stay at Villa Amycha is guaranteed to be relaxing as daily maid service, the services of a gardener/pool man and fresh bread delivery every morning is included: A truly luxurious and relaxing break in scenic surroundings in a fabulous location!!
IMPORTANT NOTE
Due to a number of stone steps the villa is NOT suitable for those with mobility issues. Please also note that we have a stair gate at the top of the external stairs, but we have no internal stair-gates. We also have an infinity pool with a sheer drop so children of any age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and should not be allowed to use floatation devices such as lilos, inflatable boats or similar without an adult due to the potential to float over the sheer edge of the infinity pool.
Very young babies are welcome and a travel cot and high chair can be provided.
Hairdryers, Bedlinen, bathroom towels, pool towels and separate beach towels for external purposes are all provided.

“Never fails to please”

“Just love this place!”
Another year, another stay at Amycha - this was our third stay at this wonderful villa and it truly felt like coming home. Once again, wonderful, friendly service from owner Joanna and great in-villa attentiveness by the local Turkish team. The huge outside space with it's stunning view coupled with the cool, calm interior and is why this villa ticks all the boxes. Kalkan itself never fails to deliver - friendly people, great food and lots of shopping. Something for everyone as you wander the quaint, old streets.
