Description

Unique! This is an apartment that reminds you of a little Provencal house. It's at ground level with patio/terrace, in central city, but shielded from street noise.

There is a large living-dining room, one bedroom with standard double bed and closets, and a mezzanine with single bed, suitable for child or teen. Open kitchen includes all appliances and equipment. Bathroom includes bathtub with hand-held shower.

You enter through an old apartment building, then through an outdoor passage to discover this surprising residence, with patio full of plants, and exposed stone interior wall.

There is electric heating, and double-glazed windows.

Free parking is available in the municipal 'Parking des Italiens', a 15-minute walk, or by shuttle bus (also free) every 15 minutes.

Response from the owner This client had the bad luck to arrive during an exceptional heat wave, and hesitated to leave windows open because of security fears. There have never been any security problems in this building, however. They mention cleanliness, but never in the 5 years of rentals, has anyone else complained of this. It should be mentioned that this client left the entire apartment in a terribly dirty state, with cigarette ends everywhere, even in the lavatory drain. (The apartment was labelled "no smoking").

How do damage deposits work?
