Beautiful and spacious apartment located on the 6th floor, with an elevator in a building in the neighborhood of Recoleta.

 It has three bedrooms, large living room with a large balcony overlooking the street, a large bathroom with tub, shower and bidet. It has a second bathroom and toilet and kitchen with access to a beautiful terrace courtyard for the exclusive use of the residence.

The apartment has new appliances. The living room has dining table, chairs, sofas and library with TV, stereo with CD and DVD player for you to enjoy your photos.

The master bedroom has a large double bed. (Somnier)

The second bedroom has twin beds very comfortable and spacious, and the third bedroom has a bed and half square, very large; (All somniers).

It has 2 air conditioners and also 2 ceiling fans. 1 TVs, DVD recorder, etc.

In the courtyard terrace is a table and five chairs for lounging, breakfast, lunch or dinner or a good wine in a natural environment surrounded by plants. This apartment is perfect for a family or 5 friends or a smaller number of people who want to have their own bedroom each group.

It provides hair dryer. Hair straightener. Iron and ironing board.

It has heating in all rooms. It has hot water 24 hours, adjustable to guest needs.

The apartment is located 150 meters from Av. Las Heras where circulate more than 30 bus lines that carry the entire city, and 300 meters from the subway station (line D, Green, Aguero Station).

If you enjoy cooking, you'll find everything you need in the apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, utensils, refrigerator with frizz, hornlo kitchen with gas stove and 4 burner stove, toaster, microwave, esprimidora juice, etc.

At 50 meters from the apartment there are 2 garages available, which are not included in the price.-

Hermoso y espacioso apartamento ubicado en el 6° piso, con ELEVADOR, en un edificio del barrio de Recoleta.

Cuenta con tres dormitorios, amplio living comedor con un gran balcón con vistas a la calle, un gran baño con bañadera, ducha y bidet. Cuenta con un segundo toilette y amplia cocina con acceso a un hermoso patio terraza de uso exclusivo de la residencia.

El departamento cuenta con Electrodomésticos nuevos. El salón-comedor tiene m esa de comedor, sillas, sofás y biblioteca con TV, equipo de música con CD y DVD DVD para que usted pueda disfrutar de sus fotos.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama grande de matrimonio. (somnier)

El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales muy cómodas y espaciosas, y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama de plaza y media, muy amplio; (Todos somniers).

Cuenta con 2 aires acondicionados y ademas 2 ventiladores de techo. 2 televisores, grabador DVD, etc.

En el patio terraza se encuentra una mesa y 5 sillas para descansar, desayunar, almorzar o cenar o tomar un buen vino en un entorno natural rodeado de plantas. Este apartamento es perfecto para una familia o para 5 amigos o para un grupo más pequeño de personas que quieren tener cada uno su propio dormitorio.

Se provee de secador de cabello. Alisador de Cabello. Plancha de ropa y tabla de planchar.

Tiene Calefacción en todos los ambientes. Cuenta con agua caliente las 24 horas, regulables a necesidad del huésped.

El apartamento está situado a 150 metros de Avda. Las Heras donde circulan más de 30 líneas de autobuses que llevan toda la ciudad, ya 300 metros de la estación de metro (línea D, Verde, Estación Agüero).

Si te gusta cocinar, encontrarás todo lo necesario en el apartamento. La cocina está totalmente equipada con ollas, utensilios, heladera con frizzer, cocina con hornlo a gas y 4 hornallas, tostadora, microondas, esprimidora de jugo, etc.

A a 50 metros del departamento hay 2 garajes disponibles, que no están incluidos en el precio.-
