Description
The Villa is an attractive holiday villa near Praia dos Aveiros, with a spacious garden and a pool area with fences ideal for couples with young children. This villa has a pleasant open plan lounge/dining room with high ceilings and seating around a feature fireplace.
Patio doors open out onto the pool terrace meaning the lounge and dining area benefit from plenty of natural light The kitchen is well fitted with a breakfast table and serving hatch through to the dining area. On the ground floor of this holiday property are two double bedroom with access to the garden and a twin bedroom with suite bathroom (with an Handicap Accessible Shower). Upstairs,there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a terrace with sea views and a twin bedroom with a small bathroom with shower. Outside, the villa has a spacious lawn area with paved terraces and an outdoor shower by the private pool. There is also a brick barbecue on the terrace for that perfect alfresco experience. All the Villa has Wi-Fi cover and it is wheelchair friendly.

“Mooie villa, op loopafstand van alles wat je nodig hebt!”
De villa is erg mooi en van alles voorzien, ook het zwembad en de buitendouche zijn erg mooi! De villa ligt op loopafstand van de strip en het strand en ook de oude stad is prima te doen!

“Mrs”
Just back from a week at this lovely villa. It is exactly the same as the photos. Very private garden and a decent sized swimming pool which the kids loved. Great situation and less than 10 minutes walk to the main strip. The property also had a wheelchair accessible shower which so few rental properties have. Easy access through main gate and porch via small ramp. Margarida came twice to make sure all ok.

“Fantastic Villa”
This villa is exactly as shown in the photographs. It is spacious and comfortable with remote control air con in every bedroom. There were 8 in out party of various ages and all of us loved it. Car not needed as everything you could need is within easy walking distance. Pool was fab and always a nice temperature. The owners are lovely and made the process very easy. Highly recommend this villa.

“Wow Amazing”
We have just spent 2 fantastic weeks in this beautiful villa for my 50th birthday. The villa is amazing, in a quite cul-d-sac surrounded by other beautiful villas - 5 minutes walk down the hill to the quite beach at the bottom of the street. The area is quite but within 10 minutes you can be at the centre of a lively area with restaurants, pubs, shops and night clubs. 2 small supermarkets supplying all shopping essentials are nearby. Margarida and husband come and check the pool and water the plants and grass every couple of days and come in and clean the villa, change the beds and replace the towels in the middle of your holiday and are only a phone call away if any other problems. The villa is just amazing, my family were "wowing" as soon as we arrived and our whole holiday was just a great time for us all, from wee B to Nana (age 1 to 72) having a really fantastic time. I can only highly recommend this villa and if you book wish you a wonderful stay in what really was a home away from home.
