This attractive villa is ideal for couples or families, with a harmonious blend of Thai style and modern furnishings. Situated within the private development, it offers tranquil hillside views and spacious living.

This comfortable 4 bedroom single story villa leads invitingly onto a large sun terrace and beautiful gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun and a tempting 8x4m infinity edged pool with integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool, with swim up bar stools, is the sala. This contains a second dining table seating 8 and BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco dining.

With great attention to detail, the villa is tastefully furnished in dark teak, with a large leather sofa for all guests to relax on, complimented by cream and red soft furnishings.

Accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, readily accommodating 9 people. The spacious master bedroom suite has a king-sized 4-poster bed, built-in wardrobes, and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and luxurious bath. Sliding double doors take you directly from the bedroom to the sun deck and the completely private swimming pool.

Bedroom 2, with king-size bed, and bedroom 3, with two 3.5' single beds, also have direct sun deck and pool access, with green jungle views beyond. These two bedrooms share a detached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Located in bedroom 3 is also a TV and DVD player, making it an ideal bedroom for children who wish to take a break from the heat and enjoy a film, while you relax on the sundeck just outside.

Bedroom 4 with queen bed and single bunk bed above, sleeping a total of 3 guests, along with en-suite bathroom with shower.

The fully fitted luxury western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your every need, complete with electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, side by side fridge/freezer, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator, blender and rice cooker.

The large living room includes a huge leather sofa with ample seating on a and a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player and cable TV. The bi-fold glass doors opening full width, make the room one with the outside, allowing tranquil views of the private pool, open space and green trees. The dining are, behind the sofa, is complete with a 10 seater dining room table, where you can enjoy local Thai food than can be prepared in your villa as you entertain at home. Baby highchairs (along with baby travel cots) can also be provided, if required.

Bathroom towels and high quality white bed linen are provided and changed regularly, and a generous supply of pool/beach towels is also provided and laundered regularly.

Getting around

We can arrange taxis, motorbikes, scooters, bicycles and minivans, so getting around is easy. If you wish to make the most of seeing all of Phuket, the most comfortable way is in a private minivan that comes complete with a driver. The price is inclusive of gasoline with unlimited mileage. The minivan can be used for 14 hours a day (from 9am until 11pm) and the cost is 3,000THB (approximately 90 USD) per day. We can arrange one for with preferably 24-hours notice.

Interaction with guest

The villa's team and myself all live locally and provide 24-hour assistance if required. The villa has it's own dedicated housekeeper to take care of all guests, cook and clean, to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. The exclusive development offers full support from our Guest Relations Manager, Tour Manager and maintenance team, should you require any assistance, or the villa any servicing. All staff members can be contacted at any time, or you can relax and enjoy an undisturbed holiday with total privacy if desired.
