This fabulous apartment is part of the luxury Estrela da Luz Resort & offers a sea view from the lounge, bedroom & kitchen. Estrela is situated in a quiet location, in the centre of Praia da Luz & is literally a few minutes’ walk from the beach, restaurants & shops. (Rental License -98040/AL)
The apartment is luxurious and stylishly furnished and offers many special features – a large double bedroom (king size double bed or 2 single beds) and lounge with dining area, 2 balconies (1 with table/chairs & 1 with sun loungers), a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a beautiful bathroom. air-conditioning (for cooling/heating) is also fitted. There is a 50” TV & DVD player with a full range of International channels. Also, free Wi-Fi & free underground parking are provided. Lastly, the apartment's windows and balconies face onto the sea and are therefore not overlooking the pools/bar/restaurant areas, which makes it a very quiet location, within the resort. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. The internal size of the apartment (not including balconies) is 88 Square Metres / 950 Square foot.
The Estrela facilities provide absolutely everything for a wonderful holiday – 4 swimming pools (heated), hot-tub, sauna, a state of the art Gym, health and beauty Spa, tennis court, a multi-purpose pitch for football, basketball, beautiful gardens, 24 hour reception and a restaurant and poolside bars. The fully gated complex is also extremely secure and child friendly.
The apartment is easily accessible by wheelchair (single level) and there is an elevator from the underground car-park and to the other floors. Suitable for Babies and children.
We purchased the property, because we just love the quiet and picturesque location of Praia da Luz. Being demanding travellers ourselves, we wanted something that offered all of the luxuries that are needed, to make a holiday very special & after a very long and thorough search, we found an apartment in Estrela da Luz, that literally ticked all of the boxes.

“Excellent first experience using holiday lettings for our stay in Luz”
Really impressed by the service from start to finish, Michael provided full details of the apartment and complex including useful things to do in the area. When we arrived the check in was smooth and we were very impressed with the spacious and clean apartment, as we arrived late we were really happy to find milk and water in the fridge which meant we didn’t have to go out and find the nearest shop. We ate at the Estrella Da Luz restaurant the first night and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. We had a slight issue with the blind not working on the door to the second balcony (yes it has two!) however the maintenance team came out to fix this after a couple of calls to reception, what was really nice was that the owner rang to check in on the progress leaving me comforted that any issues would be resolved quickly - and they were! The apartment benefits from two balconies, one gets sun in the morning and the other in the late afternoon/evening which is perfect! The view is over the road but this is quieter that being over the pools as the children’s pool was very busy when we went! Overall a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend!
