Panoramic villa surrounded by olive trees and vineyards of the Umbrian hills. In an enchanting position (300 meters above sea level) our villa overlooks the medieval village of Papiano and the Media Valle del Tevere. Newly built house (class A) equipped with all comforts: free wi-fi, private parking, large garden, ideal for those who love nature, animals and good food. All'Ombra dell'Olivo is a tastefully decorated double bedroom decorated with purple hydrangeas. TV, large wardrobe, bathroom not in the room. There are another 4 double bedrooms, the bilo Sul Nido della Melia, the Stanza del Gelso and Il Rifugio del Ciliegio. The house has all the equipment for children such as high chairs, boxes, deckchairs, chairs and tables, homogenizer, etc. Our family will welcome you in a friendly way and will make you live a holiday to your measure in our Umbria, the green heart of Italy. Since the time of the Etruscans this region is a place where one breathes art, culture or simply well-being and relaxation. Here you can also take food and wine tours and nature excursions. Easy from our position to reach all the places of interest: Perugia 15 km, Assisi 20 km, Todi 25 km. Less than 20 km from the Umbria airport and 12 from the Perugia station. Hiking trails, mountain biking and walking around the property. 18-hole International Golf Course of Santa Sabina 10 km. Golf practice course Castello delle Forme 3 km. Riding stables for 5 km. Sport fishing on the river Tiber and neighboring lakes. International field of clay shooting at 10 km. On request we can also organize baking courses, Italian cuisine and pastry, dinners and typical lunches.
