Located in the Bay View Residence, in the exclusive part of the old town of Albufeira, modern Air Conditioned Apartment, Internet Wifi, sleeps 2/4. 1 large bedroom, tastefully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, living room with double bed sofa, large terrace, Underground private parking place with remote control door, large pool and children Pool.
It is ideally located in a quiet area, the golden sandy beaches and ocean are around the corner with a short walk along with a wide selection of restaurants & bars catering for all tastes. One of the other the advantage of it's location is that you don't necessarily need to use your car to be active in the local nightlife. Yet providing peace and quiet at night as it is located just off the main square opposite.

Situé dans la Résidence Bay View, dans le quartier exclusif de la vieille ville d'Albufeira. L'appartement est neuf, climatisé avec internet Wifi, qui convient pour 2/4 pers. Il se compose d'une grande chambre, cuisine meublée avec goût entièrement équipée, un salon avec canapé-lit double de marque Natuzzi, une grande terrasse, place de parking privée souterraine avec porte télécommandée, grande piscine et une autre piscine pour les enfants.
Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, les plages de sable dorées et l'océan sont à quelques pas depuis la résidence. Après une courte promenade vous avez un large choix de restaurants et bars. Un des autres avantage de son emplacement, c'est que vous n'avez pas nécessairement besoin d'utiliser votre voiture pour être actif dans la vie nocturne locale. Tout peut être fait à pied.
