Description
Greatland Villas are a complex of two villas which are named Villa Vagia & Villa Desi. They are pool-front villas (about 100, 80 m2) in Gennadi, Rhodes. The maximum accommodation of each villa is 7 -8 adults and 1-3 infant and has been specially designed for families and couples providing a space of privacy and tranquility with a variety of accommodation facilities so as to become your home away from home.
Villas Vagia & Desi are equipped with the following facilities:
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The villas are provided with three bedrooms.
The master Bedroom A, includes a double bed, high quality mattress, closets with a full-length mirror and flat screen TV, interconnecting with Bathroom A and provides shower, toilet, hand basin, bath towels, hand soap and shower gel.
Bedroom B includes two single beds, high quality mattress, wardrobe and mirror, sliding door to terrace, low noise A/C and a flat screen TV.
Bedroom C includes one double bed, high quality mattress, sliding door to terrace, low noise A/C and flat screen TV.
Bathroom B which is also an AMEA bathroom is provided with an AMEA shower, toilet and basin, hairdryer, hand soap and shower gel.
Kitchen / Lounge Facilities
It is a fully equipped open plan Kitchen with everything you may need for cooking during your holidays in Rhodes: Fully equipped kitchen, A/C, table for 6-7 persons, and high chair upon request, fitted dish washer and other small electric appliances.
The lounge is also located next to the kitchen is well-equipped with modern style and contemporary furniture including a comfortable seating area (sofa bed), a flat screen TV with cable channels, outlet for USB stick/ HDMI plug and a sliding door to terrace and pool.
Pool/Terrace
On the south side, having direct sea-view, there is a pool area with 6 lounge chairs and coffee tables. The pool includes the following features: Size: 35m2, Depth: 1.20m. There is also an outdoor shower. There is also a Jacuzzi are the can sit about 4 persons. Located around the pool, is a huge barbeque area with a picnic table

Cleaning Service is once week which includes Linen & Towel changes (Towels /Sheets and cleaning can be changed whenever is needed with addition charge).

“Amazing villa”
The view from that villa is so amazing while you are enjoying the jacuzzi.The hospitality also were spectacular and the owner very helpful.absolutely the best choice for our holidays.

“Beautiful Villa”
This villa is lovely! We were 5 adults and 1 2year old, there were plenty of things to do. The villa is clean and tidy and very modern. The pool is lovely and warm and the garden is very well kept. The beach is a 2 minute walk and is quiet. The cleaners are so friendly and the manager is very helpful. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend and go back. Suggestions: you will need a car, the villa is in quite secluded, which we loved, so a car is definitely needed. Mosquito spray is a must, there are ALOT of the little buggers in the evening.
