Description
Villa Aida is a brand new 3 bedroom villa on the Kas peninsula with phenomenal sea views.
The villa was finished this spring and it is spacious, fresh and airy. It is finished off to a high standard with modern furnishings. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The lower floor is open plan with the kitchen, dining and lounge area. Patio doors run the length of the front of the house so you can enjoy panoramic sea views as well as direct access to the sun terrace and pool.
On the upper floor are three good sized bedrooms each with en suite bathroom facilities, sea views and private balconies. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
Outside on the sun terrace are plenty of sunloungers, chairs and tables for dining and lounging. There is a BBQ for outdoor cooking.
The villa has parking and there is air conditioning throughout.

“Gorgeous Apartment with Stunning sunsets and all day picture perfect views”
Villa Aida was absolutely stunning, so private and peaceful all day and night, the buildings to each side are not occupied so you feel very comfortable swimming and sunbathing without neighbors around :) The sunsets were some of the most beautiful Ive ever seen, you can see the Greek islands from the infinity pool, it was amazing just relaxing in the spa watching the sun go down. Every night we ate outside with a perfect backdrop, the stars at night are beautiful too! Hillary was so helpful and assisted us with anything we needed - transfer, car seat, car hire etc, we had a bed for the baby and a highchair and the cupboards were stocked with the necessities (coffee, oil, even a bottle of wine) on arrival she had bought us fresh bread, cheese, eggs tomatoes and a few other things which was so nice as we were very tired! The furnishings are very nice too and all of the rooms have aircon and en-suite (and views) The old town of Kas was close by car I think 5-7 minutes and there are lots of things to explore down there. My husband got a shave on the last day at one of the many barbers and said it was great! I would definitely recommend this villa for anyone wanting a peaceful and beautiful holiday!
