Located on the Sunset West Coast of Phuket, SIAMAYA Villas is 10 min from pristine Bang Tao Bay and famous Surin Beach.
A confidential luxury estate of 4 private pool villas (2 bedrooms & 3 bedrooms) Thai Bali style with tropical garden in a quiet area, 24h secured.
Each Villa has a private outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, covered terrace and Sala and private car park.
Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.
The villas offers open fully fitted kitchen with oven and microwave, Flat screen TV, music dock, air conditioned and ceiling fans in every room.
All bedrooms are with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closet, pool view.
Close to residiental Laguna area, all amenities and "must-see" attractions (Wat Prathong, Khao Phra Thaeo National Park, Ton Sai Waterfall, Shopping Center, Restaurants and Superstores).

Response from the owner Dear Thomas, i am very sorry to read that your feeling and opinion was very bad on your departure. If i may answer you, i think you got confused when you booked your stay, we are not a hotel, and so do not provide such services, these are pool villas, with high standard services though, always well appreciated from our guests...especially the daily housekeeping, the fresh fruit delivered in villa every day, mobile phone provided for free...which you did not notice or mention. It is true that you had a bad start, because of the hot water problem and the renovation next door. Regarding the water heater, there is a misunderstanding, it wasn't just "turned off", actually the tap was broken and had to be replaced, which we did immediately on your arrival day. The only issue then, was that the workmen closed the new tap after install, and as soon as we noticed it on the next morning, we opened it. All this was a matter of 24hours, i am very sorry again. My apologizes for this, And hopefully, you appreciated the bottle of very good wine we offered you. Regarding the renovation next door, unfortunately we are not responsible of what our neighbors are doing, but still, i managed to make them stop on the next day after your arrival to ensure you would be in a quiet environment for the rest of your stay. In our villas, we do provide amenities (vanity kit) only on arrival day, but with daily housekeeping, we refill every day all cosmetics products (shampoo, body cream and soap), replace toilet paper roll, and change bed sheets and towels. We provide bathrobes, but indeed, we do not have sleepers, sorry that you missed them so much. And for you information, the "rough" floor around the pool, is a sandwash floor, which is anti-slippery, for the safety of ours guests when the floor is wet from pool water. Finally, i remember offering you to provide keys for the bedrooms, to make you feel more comfortable, as per requested, but as soon as i explained that the workers next door had stopped working, and that we have a 24h security service (cameras+guard) you kindly mentioned that it won't be necessary. Again, workers stopped after 1 day, you stayed at the villa 8 days, so i believe your week stay still has been pleasant after all. Best regards Léa - Managing Director
