Description

Set in a private development of three villas, Villa Maria is nestled between a luscious rubber plantation and a coconut grove. It provides ample accommodation for groups or large families looking for the perfect hideaway. This exclusive villa comes complete with a live-in housekeeper to look after the residence.

The extensive outside area includes a stunning, child friendly, kidney-shaped swimming pool with poolside shower and detachable safety fence. The beautifully landscaped gardens surrounded by mature coconut trees house a substantial sala, containing a kitchenette and 10-seater dining table, making it ideal for al fresco dining or a BBQ.

With great attention to detail it is tastefully furnished with a mixture of contemporary furniture, Chinese antiques, Asian artworks and Thai silks. These complement the rich wooden flooring throughout the whole upstairs living area. The stunning master bedroom, with its beautiful, hard wood vaulted ceiling is the height of romantic opulence.

Accommodation is comprised of 5 double bedrooms split over two levels, all with en-suite bathrooms. It can readily accommodate 10-14 people.

The ground floor is split between a 2 bedroom self-contained area and the main living area and kitchen. One of the bedrooms (bedroom 4) has a king-size bed, and the other (bedroom 5) has two 3.5' single beds, which two extra single beds can be pulled out from underneath of. This self-contained area has a kitchenette, living room and dining room.

The huge main lounge connects to the open plan fully-fitted luxury kitchen, and comes complete with 3 large leather sofas and a home theatre system lending itself to perfect entertaining. This living area also contains an impressive 3m dining room table seating 12 along with a cloakroom comprised of a toilet and wash basin. All rooms downstairs open onto the sundeck and pool through sliding doors.

Upstairs comprises of the 3 further double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king-size four-poster bed, bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, and bedroom 3 has two 3.5' single beds, which again two extra single beds can be pulled out from underneath of. There is a cloakroom, containing a toilet and a wash basin, a study and a lounge opening onto an alternative seating area on a surround balcony over looking the pool area and coconut trees.

Getting around

We can arrange taxis, motorbikes, scooters, bicycles and minivans, so getting around is easy. If you wish to make the most of seeing all of Phuket, the most comfortable way is in a private minivan that comes complete with a driver. The price is inclusive of gasoline with unlimited mileage. The minivan can be used for 14 hours a day (from 9am until 11pm) and the cost is 3,000THB (approximately 90 USD) per day. We can arrange one for with preferably 24-hours notice.

Interaction with guest

The villa's team and myself all live locally and provide 24-hour assistance if required. The villa has it's own dedicated housekeeper to take care of all guests, cook and clean, to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. The exclusive development offers full support from our Guest Relations Manager, Tour Manager and maintenance team, should you require any assistance, or the villa any servicing. All staff members can be contacted at any time, or you can relax and enjoy an undisturbed holiday with total privacy if desired.

How do damage deposits work?
