This extensive contemporary villa is situated on the hillside in a quiet development overlooking Rawai Beach and the outlaying Islands protruding from the Andaman Sea. The relaxing aquamarine colours that decorate this villa promote tranquility and harmony with the surrounding sea and sky of the stunning 180 degree views. The turquoise accents contrast perfectly with the comfortable furnishings and the Asian touches, echoing the exceptional and unspoiled corner of Phuket's tropical Island.

The villa offers ample living and entertainment space, boasting a 12 recliner seat cinema room, substantial games room (with two pool tables, a table tennis table and a dart board) and sizeable sun decks and balcony areas. Separate living areas and private bedroom suites all offer smaller groups privacy to relax individually, all perfectly combining to make Turquoise View the ideal residence for larger groups or extended families.

The magnitude of the accommodation is illustrated by the 8 bedrooms offered, accommodating 20 people. The two large living rooms, Thai sitting area, games room, and every bedroom, all have TVs (up to 50"). The outside undercover 16-seater dining table is perfect for enjoying the sunset and al fresco dining on delicious Thai food or a hearty BBQ.

A fully-fitted large Western-style kitchen, with all appliances, offers the opportunity for any residents to prepare desired meals.

The infinity edge 9 x 4 metre swimming pool has an integral Jacuzzi and is the perfect place to cool down and unwind, while taking in the exceptional view across the Andaman Sea.

Turquoise View enjoys close proximity to Rawai beach, and is a short walk to a good selection of restaurants, bars, night life and of course easy access to the numerous long tail boats and speed boats that can whisk you away to the golden sands and azure waters of the many outlying Islands. Alternatively you can stay closer to home and enjoy the benefits of Phuket's "number one" beach: Nai Harn, just a short drive away.

Accommodation is comprised of 8 bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, remote control air conditioning units and large flat screen TVs with DVD players and cable TV. Bedroom suites are split over three levels, offering 6 king-size beds, an additional two 3.5' single beds and 2 bedrooms with three 3.5' single beds, therefore comfortably accommodating 20 people.

As you enter the villa onto the middle level you will be instantly aware of the breathtaking seaview, seen through the huge sliding doors that open up entirely from the main living room onto the spacious balcony and infinity edge swimming pool. The private 9 x 4 metre swimming pool with integral Jacuzzi is surrounded by a spacious sun deck with sun beds, comfortable modern furniture and a large undercover dining table with seating for everyone. The second sun terrace on the upper balcony can be accessed by an external spiral staircase.

Upstairs on the upper-most level you can enter three of the 8 bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed with a large en-suite bathroom, comprising of bath, walk-in shower, two hand basins, vanity units and toilet. A spacious dressing area offers extensive wardrobe space and drawers, and a personal safe. The suite also offers it's own private living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV. It has stunning sea views and leads to it's own private balcony with dining table for intimate dining or private breakfasts.

The second master suite is also located on this level, with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, with bath, shower and twin wash hand basins. The sliding doors from the bedroom again open onto private balcony with views over the Andaman Sea. Located next to this bedroom is the third of the upstairs bedrooms, which includes 3 single beds (3.5'), with a huge private bathroom including a walk-in shower and vanity unit with wash hand basin. Suitable for children that need to be close to their parents, or three people who wish to room together. Both bedrooms are complete with flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV.

A spacious second living room is also found on this level, with sizeable sofa, 50" flat screen TV and DVD player, perfect for comfortably relaxing at the end of the day. Furthermore, there is a dedicated office with a work desk for those who have to spend a little time working, made convenient with the high speed WIFI connection and land line telephone.

As you return down the stairs to the middle level of the property, you will find yourself in the main living area, again with comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player. This living area has access to the fitted Western-style kitchen, fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax whilst meals are being prepared.

Located on this level are two more king-size bedroom suites, both with en-suite bathrooms offering baths, walk-in showers and twin vanity units with wash hand basins.

Taking the stairs to the lower level brings you to the enormous games room, offering sofa seating and bar stools to relax on or games of pool, table tennis or darts for you to enjoy. Alternatively you can spend time exercising on the gym equipment, while pondering your thoughts and looking out across the ocean.

This level of the villa also houses the remaining 3 bedrooms, two of which include a king-sized bed each, along with one single (3.5') bed. The third bedroom on this floor contains 3 single (3.5') beds, again perfect for children or 3 people who wish to room together. All of these bedrooms include a flat screen TV and private en-suite bathrooms. On the lower level is also where the live-in maid's bedroom is, including the villa's laundry room comprising of washing machine, tumble dryer, linen airing and storage areas.

Finally, the lower level boasts the unique Cinema Room, complete with 6 double reclining, lounger chairs, seating 12. This allows you to watch your choice of movie on the large projector screen, rounded off with popcorn if desired!

Getting around

We can arrange taxis, motorbikes, scooters, bicycles and minivans, so getting around is easy. If you wish to make the most of seeing all of Phuket, the most comfortable way is in a private minivan that comes complete with a driver. The price is inclusive of gasoline with unlimited mileage. The minivan can be used for 14 hours a day (from 9am until 11pm) and the cost is 3,000THB (approximately 90 USD) per day. We can arrange one for with preferably 24-hours notice.

Interaction with guest

The villa's team and myself all live locally and provide 24-hour assistance if required. The villa has it's own dedicated housekeeper to take care of all guests, cook and clean, to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. The exclusive development offers full support from our Guest Relations Manager, Tour Manager and maintenance team, should you require any assistance, or the villa any servicing. All staff members can be contacted at any time, or you can relax and enjoy an undisturbed holiday with total privacy if desired.
