Description
Das gesamte Haus bietet so viel Komfort und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, dass sich selbst bei schlechtem Wetter größere Gruppen verteilen können. DAS alte Backhaus wurde zwischen detailgetreu und 2007 Montre 2000. Es gibt fünf high Kamine mittelalterlichen und einen funktionsfähigen Brotbackofen, voll, der bei der Renovierung hinter einer Mauer wiederentdeckt wurde. DAS Haus hat insgesamt Eingänge und die drei Räume verteilen sich über drei Ebenen. Vom Haupteingang, über dem ein ' Romeo und Julia Balkon ' mehr zur Deko als zum Benutzen r.a.g.t., kommt man im Erdgeschoss direkt in den größten, bedroom mit zwei Kaminen und stumm Brotbackofen, einem dem Ausgang zum Hof und PKW-Stellplatz und einem ehemaligen Eiskeller Zugang zum, in dem jetzt ein Vorrat an leeren Weinflaschen mit Abfüllvorrichtung auf die Gäste wartet, die sich in der von Cellar Maranzana mit Weiß-und Rotwein in fünf und zehn Liter ortsüblich wie Gebinden an einer Tankstelle eindecken können. Es gibt im Wohnzimmer eine verstärkte Polstergarnitur, um den offenen Kamin herum und einen großen Versammlungs-und anderen Esstisch am offenen Kamin. Neben der Eingangstür gibt es noch ein fast bodentiefes altes zweiflügeliges Torfenster, an dem früher die Wurst-und Brotwaren angeliefert und abgeholten wurden. In der Mitte des Raumes gegenüber der Eingangstür führt eine gerade das erste Obergeschoss Steintreppe. Am Ende der Treppe links geht es zum ersten Dormitorio, in dem sich ein zweihundertjähriges sehr geräumige und stabiles Doppelbett (1.40 m x 1.90 m) befindet. Ebenso gibt es hier einen kleinen offenen Kamin, zwar sinnvollerweise, aber nicht funktionsfähig zur Nutzung gedacht. Eine weitere Tür führt von diesem Raum zur Treppe zum zweiten Obergeschoss und zum ' Romeo und Julia Balkon '. Auf der rechten Seite der unteren Treppe befindet sich das zweite Dormitorio mit einem modernen Doppelbett (1.60 m x 2.00 m) und einer weiteren Verbindungstür zur Treppe zum zweiten Obergeschoss und zum Balkon. Wenn man von der ersten Treppe geht weiter geradeaus, gelangt man zur Küche, die über ein großes festverglastes Fenster mit Fernsicht auf die Alpen (bei klarem Wetter) und einen Ausgang zum Garten und zur Loggia verfügt. Von der Küche führt eine Tür mit dahinter liegender Treppe in einen weiteren Vorratskeller, wo sich die Tiefkühltruhe und die Waschmaschine cleaning machines und-mittel befinden. Links vom Kücheneingang führt eine Tür in das Badezimmer des ersten Obergeschosses. Dieses bietet eine Eckdusche ein WC und ein Nutze. Bedingt durch die Bauweise sind beide Duschbäder im Haus etwas kleiner als bei bemessen Neubauten, daher kann jeweils eine Person nur das Bad nutzen. Same product gilt für das im zweiten Obergeschoss liegende integrated Duschbad.the. Die Treppe vom ersten und zweiten Obergeschoss führt und links zu einem Dormitorio mit zwei Camas Individuales (jeweils 1.35 m x 2.00 m). Rechts am Ende der Treppe befinden sich ein Galerie-und ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Lesezimmer Vorrat an italienischen Büchern über alles mögliche. Hier stehen zudem ein Sofa geräumige und eine Klappliege für eine Person (eventuell die neunte Person). Von der zweiten Obergeschoss-Treppe geradeaus geht es in ein weiteres Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit einer modernen Schlafcouch für zwei Personen (1.40 m x 1.90 m), einem Flachbildfernseher und schönem Alpenblick. Von hier aus geht es am Eingang links in das zweite integrated Duschbad.the. IM gesamten Haus Heizkörper gibt es die von einer Gastherme in der Küche versorgt werden.
Die Eingänge und Fenster sind durch eine Alarmanlage gesichert, die Eisentore zum Garten hin elektrisch geöffnet werden. In allen Etagen gibt es sat.-TV Connectors und im gesamten Haus kann man über ins Internet WIFI. Außerdem gibt es noch eine Sammlung alter Schallplatten und Musikkassetten, die auf einer Stereonalage im Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss abgespielt werden können.
Es gibt einen kleinen Garten mit überdachter Lodge.
