Description
The independent apartment is set in a private Borgo (village) within of a private and exclusive 300 hectares property in the most beautiful and peaceful country side at 4 km from Spoleto .
The apartment is on two levels with a private terrace covered by pergolato with beautiful view on the exclusive land.
On the first floor: entrance form the terrace, living room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and dining table for six people, one bedroom with double bed, one bed room with two single bed and large bathroom with bathtub.
On the tower: one bedroom with double bed and vintage washbasin.
Total sleeps 6.
Size of apartment: 100 sqm, private terrace 30 sqm with table and chairs for six people and garden.
The rental cost doesn’t include heating which will be calculated according to consumption at the end of the stay. Therefore upon arrival with the delivery of the keys a deposit will be required.

“a lovely italian retreat”
We ended a ten day stay in Italy with a relaxing 4 nights at Torre Colombaia - It was just the rest we needed. The apartment was situated on beautiful Italian Estate with some amazing views/landscape. During the day we spent our time either sunbathing/playing tennis/visiting near by towns or best of all enjoying the amazing lake which was very close by. If you're feeling up for it, there are some beautiful running routes to enjoy onsite. We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to attend the Jazz festival in Spoleto - which was not only an incredible town to visit but an amazing festival to experience.....highly recommended! The apartment itself was beautiful, typically italian, very clean and had wonderful views of the landscape. Our Hosts couldn't have been more welcoming, very friendly and more than willing to help with suggestions of things to see/do nearby. Definitely recommend a stay, relax and enjoy!

“Great experience”
We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful and very peaceful estate. Everything is stylish, unique and welcoming. We swam in a private lake and had great tennis games! We hope yo return soon!
