An inviting and stylish location for relaxing with family and friends within only 10 minutes walk into the heart of Tavira's charming centre, restaurants, cafes, bars and cultural events. Every consideration for comfort has been taken in creating an ideal home from home. Experience the outdoor life in comfort on our sun patio with your own alfresco dining area,outdoor kitchen and BBQ relaxing on beautiful wicker and modern garden furniture. Lounge in or out of the sun on the three sun terraces and around your own 6m x 6m swimming pool. Siesta time under your own pergola with curtains on a large round bed! 60 inch smart tv in the lounge and fibre internet.
If you want to watch certain country specific TV channels, it is possible to rent a TV box for 15,00 EUR per visit - please ask my partner Smartavillas.
Please note that only the final cleaning is included - if you stay longer or want a half-time cleaning, please ask Smartavillas. They will arrange and settle it directly with you.

Response from the owner Dear Steve, thank you for your honest evaluation. You know that I bought the house in June this year and I tried to do all around the house in summer. I will redesign the area around the pool during the winter. Unfortunately, everything at once was not possible during the rental period. “Beautiful villa”
Excellent villa, with everything you’ll need, Sue was very helpful and took us to the supermarket and drove us around town to a feel for it, would definitely stay again

“Wow”
Wow! Don't know where to start....from the initial booking right up until we left Sue was brilliant and so friendly, she quickly answered any questions and was on hand if we needed anything during our stay. We arrived late on a Saturday night and Sue was there to greet us and left us a few bits to eat and drink. On our 1st day she showed us around Tavira and took us on a big shop so we could buy a bulk of food and drink. The small local shop where we stocked up on supplies throughout our stay, was only a 5 minute walk away. The villa itself was to an extremely high standard, and as this was the 1st villa holiday we've been on with our family it's definitely set the bar high. The villa has four levels and there was plenty of space to spend time as a family or escape to the roof terrace or the outside day bed if you wanted some peace and quiet. We had lots of BBQs at the villa and enjoyed some meals out in the town which was about a 10-15 walk away. The filter on the water tap in the kitchen was an absolute life saver for us and think we would of struggled without it. The kids were catered for with the pool, games room, TVs and wifi and they absolutely loved it. The beach was a walk to the town and then a short trip on the boat, we only visited it once but it was definitely worth a visit. The only negative I could possibly say was having to cross the busy road to get into the town, but by the end of the holiday we'd got used to it and we were aware of it before booking. We never rented a car or got a taxi so everything is walkable if you to. We discovered so many other places to eat, drink and shop towards the end of our stay which we wish we had found before, but we'll use that as a reason to visit again. Thank you again Sue for an amazing holiday, hope to see you again soon.

“Beautiful Tavira”
We had a lovely family holiday seven adults and our 2 year old granddaughter. The Villa was very well equipped, luxurious and spacious. We made full use of the outside kitchen and BBQ. The pool was top end with a jacuzzi incorporated. A short walk across the rail track took us to the lovely sleepy old town with some traditional Portuguese food restaurants along the river. A short ferry across to the beach island with sun loungers a beach bar and restaurants minus cars or high rise buildings was idyllic. Sue was on hand for any queries we had and got back to us immediately. We all fell in love with Tavira and would definitely return.
