Description
The apartment was inhabited until mid-2012 by the owner and is furnished tastefully with quality furniture and crockery. It 'a rich library. Even for children. The house in the old town is very quiet and relaxing and is within the post office, shops, supermarkets within a short time on foot without moving the car. The private parking space in the center is basic and so you will avoid wasting time and stress. The lake (about 400 meters) is perfect for every season and surprises in each period for its beauty. The apartment is close to restaurants, bars, take-aways, pubs, pizzerias, bakeries, supermarkets, post office, shops, and is located in the heart of the historical center, about 50 meters from the Basilica di San Vittore. The holidays and the summer and autumn festivals, fireworks, music weeks, sports events, the beauty of the lake, the city and the hill, trips across the lake to visit the islands and beautiful locations. The ability to take the ferry to Laveno and the hydrofoil to reach Luino. The bulk of the Saturday of Intra market. The proximity of the botanical garden of Villa Taranto. In winter the proximity to Santa's Grotto of Ornavasso. Neighbors Zipline marathons and trails (trail zipline, marathon and half-marathon of Lake Maggiore). A few km Lake Mergozzo and Lake Orta.

Seguo sempre da vicino tutte le Questioni legate al mio appartamento per soddisfare al meglio le persone che vengono da me. Il parcheggio quasi attaccato alla proprietà permette di dimenticarsi la macchina per tutto il soggiorno e di accedere ai punti più belli del Lago e della città a piedi. Allo stesso tempo la possibilità di utilizzare la macchina diventa estremamente semplice sicura. Grazie ancora e spero di riavere te i tuoi ospiti presso il mio appartamento vacanze. Ciao
