Villa Ira is an elegant Villa in the hearth of Porto Rotondo, in a reserved and secluded community, ideal for a privileged and relaxing holiday .
The residence has a nice swimming pool in hectares of bush and a step from the famous beach of Ira Beach.
Recently renovated , this house consists of a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, one master bedroom with en suite bathroom, one double bed, and one with 2 single beds. In the mezzanine an extra 2 beds are available. There is a total of 3 bathrooms, and 10 seats to eat inside and outside, a large covered terrace where you can enjoy an alfresco dining, with characteristic rocks formation and tropical threes.
The swimming pool is at few steps, and belong to this small community of 12 villas.
The beach are very close too, and is one of the most beautiful and famous in Sardinia . Private parking in the fenced area for 2 cars. It is a quiet area away from the crowd, where you can enjoy absolute privacy and comfort.
Outdoor the living, the veranda facing the mountain and the sea, invite you for a romantic evening drink or midday lunch in the 8 seats dining table.
In the garden backyard you have the barbecue that is the best way to cook the fresh Mediterranean fish that you can buy directly from the fishing boats in the near village of Golfo Aranci.

Villa Ira is in a highly strategic area, just 12 km far from Olbia, where the airport and the port are located, 10 km from Golfo Aranci, traditional amazing fishing village, where a second line of ferries are moored.
Located a few kilometers from the Costa Smeralda, one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia , The nearest beaches of Ira, Punta Volpe, Sporting are famous for crystal clear water, Caribbean sandy beaches and purple rocks sculptured by the wind.
Porto Rotondo center is only few minute by walk where you can find restaurant, bars, disco, and have fun with friends and family on the docks between elegant boats and shops.

Response from the manager La signora ha soggiornato nella villa per 2 settimane senza particolari lamentele, e alla fine della vacanza pretendeva di essere rimborsata per metà del prezzo pagato, adducendo una serie di problemi che avrebbe riscontrato durante il soggiorno. Alla richiesta ci siamo opposti ritenendo pretestuoso e ricattatorio tale atteggiamento (' farò una recensione negativa se non rimborsate') e in considerazione del fatto che la cliente non ci ha mai comunicato di essere scontenta né richiesto di cambiare alloggio, ma si era solo lamentata per aver trovato la veranda poco pulita . In quell'occasione si era provveduto a inviare prontamente il personale di servizio per ripulire e consegnare ulteriore biancheria da bagno come da suo desiderio. La signora ha insistito per ottenere rimborsi anche con minacce di adire le vie legali, alle quali però non ha mai dato seguito , proprio per la inconsistenza della sua richiesta e la mala fede nel sollecitare danni aleatori e inventati, al solo scopo di ridurre il costo reale del soggiorno.
