Description
This is a new apartment which has been converted within the listed building Formerly The Railway Tavern into luxury accommodation, in the historic Georgian market town of Holt. Many of the original features are retained which gives the flat a modern but quirky feel. The property is accessed by a set of stairs leading to a lobby way.
On the first floor there is a twin room two single beds with a small wardrobe and a bed side table.
This room is next to the main bathroom where there is a bath with a handheld shower attachment.
On this floor is an open plan kitchen lounger which has two comfortable sofas for relaxing, a dining table and chairs for four people and a new modern well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
Winding stairs lead to the master bedroom with a double bed which has an en suite shower room.
There is a compact stereo system with blue tooth and free Wi Fi.
All towels and linen are included
A paved area with a table and chairs for four people is shared with one other flat.
There is a private parking space for one car

“Good apartmennt inhandy location”
The apartment was easy to find and has a valuable thing in Holt-an attached parking place. The aprtment was roomy and well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed for a short stay and was clean and well maintained. Holt itself is a good centre for visiting the coast or the Broads.

“High spec apartment in great location”
Railway cottage is a beautifully presented, modern apartment, perfect for our long weekend stay in Holt. Located right in the centre of town with the added advantage of a dedicated off road parking space. The apartment was equipped to a very high standard. The bedroom was very comfortable, although the stairs are a little steep! Holt, with its restaurants, pubs, shops and galleries is an ideal base from which to explore Norfolk. Railway Cottage is a great find!
