All'interno del quartiere di ville di prestigio "Le Perle dell'Arcipelago", in Sardegna zona Costa Smeralda, sulla collina di Capo d'Orso nel Comune di Palau, si affitta una villa di circa 250 mq di superficie con giardino privato e piscina con idromassaggio con acqua riscaldata JACUZZI SPA (il cui utilizzo, al di fuori dei mese di luglio e agosto, è soggetto al pagamento dell'importo supplementare), completamente arredata, in grado di ospitare comodamente fino a 10 persone adulte.

Nella villa ci sono tre camere da letto (con letti matrimoniali - di cui due con bagni en-suite),una camera da letto ( due letti singoli), un salone con 3 divani in pelle di cui uno con letto matrimoniale, un terzo bagno, una cucina (dotata di forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore, macchina del caffè) ed ampie zone soggiorno sia interne che esterne.
La villa è dotata di impianti di aria climatizzata a pompa di calore. impianti di riscaldamento e di acqua calda con caldaia a gas esterna, impianto idrico con autoclave e grande riserva autonoma (15.000 litri), impianti di illuminazione esterna e d'irrigazione giardino automatici.
Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di porte-finestra per fornire continuità tra le zone interne e le zone esterne, mentre gli spazi esterni sono attrezzati per la vivibilità ed utilizzabili per pranzare all'aperto.
Il giardino (prato con arbusti pregiati ed ulivi) di circa 1500 mq - privato e ad uso esclusivo - è recintato con muri in pietra di campo e siepi di essenze del posto, con due ampi posti auto ombreggiati da pergolato di tronchi di castagno.
