At the Port of Nice, comfort, calm, sea and easy-ideal location Parking (free or paid) In the heart of the classified area in the Port of Nice, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a house typically Nice. Crossing, very bright and sunny, super-quiet, newly renovated, it provides a framework of friendly living and contemporary decor. It enjoys views of the pier and the sea as that of the Castle Hill (related photos). You will stay in a well distributed and comfortable apartment. The living room of 20 m2 (two windows) includes a lounge area (sofa bed 160) and a well equipped kitchen. Meals for 4 at the counter or at the table lift living room. TV / DVD and high speed internet access. The room has a double bed and ample storage space. The bathroom is ensuite and has the room as a large window. Particular attention is paid to optimized comfort areas: storage space, machine and new quality bedding, selected furniture, appliances and neat dishes. Along the docks of the port and beaches. You are close to the old town, the Promenade des Anglais, Place du port, one of Garibaldi and the promenade spangles. Next to the bus providing direct connection to the airport and regional buses (especially those of Nice-Menton via Monaco). All amenities on foot bakery, fishmonger, butcher, greengrocer, supermarket. Lively area offering a variety of bars, specialty restaurants Nice. Water basics are there: diving clubs, sailing, canoeing, wellness area. - Access to the apartment is by car following the blueprint provided by the owner. Free Parking easy to unload and leave the car. - By plane by bus (airport-port of Nice) or taxi - Arriving by train and bus or taxi (or possibility of car sharing by owner). Included in the price: water, electricity, TV and access to high speed internet, linens. The final cleaning can be supported by the tenant or charged for 50 euros. A deposit of 200 euros is required.

Located just a minute's walk from the port. Shops and restaurants in abundance. Cheap and regular public transport within a few minutes. We took trips to Eze and Monte Carlo for only 1 euro ea… More
