Large air conditioned and double glazed 3 bedroom apartment in the centre of Juan Les Pins. The apartment also has a small balcony with a view of the sea (just!)The apartment is 100m from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk from the town centre.The apartment is only 2 minutes' walk from the lovely sandy beach, close to shops (bakery, deli, wine shop, restaurants, supermarket) and Juan Les Pins town centre with bars, restaurants on the beach, entertainment, casinos, etc.As well as being ideally located for a relaxing beach holiday the apartment is also a great hub for exploring the surrounding area; Antibes is a short drive or train journey along the coast and the town of Nice (with its international airport) is about 30-40 minutes drive by car and 30 minutes by train. You can also explore pretty villages such as Mougins and Valbonne which can be reached conveniently by the extensive local bus network. For children, there is also plenty nearby such as Marineland and the waterpark in Antibes and Parc Phoenix in Nice.There are many free public parking spaces near the apartment if you choose to bring your car or hire one.
