Ampla casa, a 15 min das cataratas, 10 minutos do aeroporto, centro e Argentina, área interna com 5 quartos todos com ar condicionado, sendo 1 suíte casal com hidromassagem, 1 suíte solteiro, mais 2 quartos de casal e 1 com 3 camas de solteiro, ambiente de inverno com lareira, tv 42`, wi-fi, sala de estar e jantar, cozinha completa, hospeda confortavelmente 10 pessoas, ou mais com uso de colchões já que dispõe de bastante espaço. Área externa com piscina de adulto e infantil, área coberta com churrasqueira, garagem para 4 carros, local seguro com vigia 24h, comercio nas proximidades, como farmácia, mercado, pizzaria e padaria, além de um dos maiores shoppings center da região, o Catuaí Palladium.
