Vacation rental located close to the beautiful Outer Banks beaches in Kitty Hawk NC. This condo offers a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, playground equipment and a clubhouse for guests. The unit has a private entrance to your own courtyard featuring outdoor furniture and grill. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, golf and bike trails.

“Very comfortable”

The home was amazing, and the owner Anna had so much extra stuff there for your use that you wouldn’t think it was a rental!! Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to all my friends!! Our favorite thing was the huge king size pillows!! We love simple things in deed!!

The best thing about the rental was how thoughtful the owner was about what guests might need. The little things made a difference, particularly in the kitchen, even instant and brew coffee! We will recommend without reservation.

The townhouse was very clean and a great home away from home at the beach. It was very comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer! My daughters and I stayed for 4 days. We had one nice day on the beach, but it rained the other days. We went to a lot of the fun shops! We parked over off Lillian St and used the beach access there. We will definitely make a point in booking with Anna again. She responded very quickly to any question. Thank you Anna! Your place is great!

My husband, two year old and I experienced the outer banks for first time and it was wonderful. The drive was longer than we expected with traffic so when we finally arrived it was much appreciated to be in a clean, inviting house! We will certainly stay in Anna's rental next summer!!!

Condo was well maintained and very convenient to amenities and public beach access. Plenty of parking. Owner was responsive during booking process and answered all questions I asked. I will definitely return. There was a pool but we didn't have time this trip. Next trip I'll deff check it out.

we were really happy with our stay here. I had stayed once before with my mother and sister. Anna is so nice and accomadating to work with. The condo is only minutes from shopping and the beach. The condo is clean, comfortable and well appointed with all the comforts of home. Anna goes the extra mile to make sure that you have everything you need in this condo to make your vacation pleasurable. I will be a customer again. We had a wonderful stay. we can't wait to come back. I am always sad to have to leave.

My wife and I met my brother, his wife and their son here for our annual family vacation. When we got there, we were shocked at how nice the apartment was. The location for this apartment is perfect as it is just off the main road, but between all the good locations. You can travel North to Duck, or South to Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head, and all the light houses. There was also plenty of beach parking right near this place.

How do damage deposits work?
