Description

The cottage nestles behind the sand dunes a minutes walk to the beach. It is full of character and has been refurbished to a high standard, with 4 bedrooms it sleeps 9 plus a travel cot. It has 2 bathrooms and an extra separate toilet. A large open plan living and dining room with a separate conservatory, with its white walls, modern well equipped kitchen and bathrooms it is a home away from home. Moments from the dunes and the beautiful sandy award winning beach It also has a secure good size garden mainly laid to lawn for the kids to play on too. The property has a four star gold Visit England rating and with local shops, cafes and restaurants in walking distance or within a 10 minute drive you can visit the historic town of Rye as well as lots of other things to do for all ages in the area. Overall The Tides with its holiday coastal decor is a great place to gather with friends and family for a lovely holiday. 2/3 night stays available out of season, we often offer book 2 nights and get the 3rd for free, Our changeover is a Friday but can be flexible out of season and we also own the cottage next door which sleeps 12, please contact for details.
