A beautifully decorated, semi-detached traditional cottage in Ganarew near Whitchurch, with four bedrooms accommodating up to eight people.Ganarew Cottage is a wonderful, semi-detached cottage, situated in the village of Ganarew near Whitchurch in Herefordshire. The property has four bedrooms with the zip/link option of being twin rooms or super king-size double bedrooms, one of which also has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a small nursery with a cot, a separate family bathroom and a WC on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped and the sitting room, with original ceiling beams, stone-flagged floors and exposed stone walls also boasts luxurious sofas and a woodburner. There is a garden with furniture and a barbecue, and off road parking for two cars, plus space for two more cars on the roadside. In a wonderful spot for exploring the Royal Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley, Ganarew Cottage is perfect for families or friends.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine in utility, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Off road parking for 2 cars, plus additional roadside parking at bottom of lane, 3 mins walk. Lockable bike/kayak storage. Enclosed front garden with lawn, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.7 miles. Note: Mobile reception can be intermittent. Note: Parking spaces by the church are for church visitors only. Note: External utility/games room with multi-games table with table tennis, snooker and table-top football.
