The apartment is situated within five minutes' walk to the magnificent grounds of Westport House and Westport Quay area where there are several recommended pubs and restaurant with waterfront gardens overlooking Clew Bay. For those looking to experience the ocean daily sightseeing cruises offer meandering tours around the reputed 365 Islands. For the adventurous sea kayaking and water sports such as surfing can easily be arranged as well as sea angling trips for groups of any size, age and level of experience.

The scenery may be best viewed from the slopes of Ireland holiest mountain Croagh Patrick. Only A short drive and even better cycle along fantastic Western Greenway to the base, you're sure to come back feeling invigorate by the majestic views across the bay and out over the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment itself is well furnished with a fully equipped bright and spacious kitchen, dining and living room with balcony doors allowing for the possibility of evenings spent catching over good food and wine in the comfort of home. There is two bedroom comfortably sleeping 4 people with the option of adding 2 other pop up beds in the living space. The master bedroom also has balcony doors as well as a spacious ensuite. The other room offer two single beds with good storage spaces. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub for those who after a day of activities want sit back relax and bathe their aches away.

Well equipped and clean.Located in the harbour with supermarket next door. 3 bar restaurants 2 mins away. About 3/4 miles in to town. Double ensuite and twin rooms with camp bed in the living area. Suited the 5 of us perfectly. Quiet area with on street parking. Recommended.

Westport is a part of Ireland that cannot be ignored in anyone's lifetime. Whoever has not taken the time out of their holiday schedule to visit this breathtaking part of the West Coast of The Island of Ireland, has truly missed out on an adventurous life experience. The beauty of the landscape with its surrounding hills and mountains has to be seen with the naked eye. The drive from Westport town round Clew Bay to the wild and ruggedly inviting beach is the perfect photographic scene for anyone who needs inspirational thoughts to reflect upon on returning home from their travels. This is more than just a town it has all you would need in a holiday with its ability to entertain the adult with the bar, cafes and restaurants. Whilst children from all ages are well amused with, bike hire, Westport house which provides not only with its stunning grounds and gardens but also Pirate Land, Toytown and a model train journey around this 2 mile radius Estate. Westport is a part of Ireland that once visited you will, I guarantee, return regularly, as you hold the pleasure it exudes within your heart for a lifetime.
