The apartment is situated within five minutes' walk to the magnificent grounds of Westport House and Westport Quay area where there are several recommended pubs and restaurant with waterfront gardens overlooking Clew Bay. For those looking to experience the ocean daily sightseeing cruises offer meandering tours around the reputed 365 Islands. For the adventurous sea kayaking and water sports such as surfing can easily be arranged as well as sea angling trips for groups of any size, age and level of experience.

The scenery may be best viewed from the slopes of Ireland holiest mountain Croagh Patrick. Only A short drive and even better cycle along fantastic Western Greenway to the base, you're sure to come back feeling invigorate by the majestic views across the bay and out over the Atlantic Ocean. Alternatively there are several fantastic sandy beaches at the foot of the mountain perfect for relaxing walks, family fun and for the braver souls a dip in the refreshing Atlantic.

The apartment itself is well furnished with a fully equipped bright and spacious kitchen, dining and living room with balcony doors allowing for the possibility of evenings spent catching over good food and wine in the comfort of home. There is two bedrooms comfortably sleeping 4 people. The master bedroom also has balcony doors as well as a spacious ensuite. The other room offers two single beds with good storage spaces. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub for those who after a day of activities want sit back relax and bathe their aches away.

Other conveniences in the apartment include a washing and drying machine, dish washer, baby travel cot, fresh bed linen, bath towels, an electric fire, TV with channels and on request special requirement can be arranged with due notification. WiFi access included.

“Lovely stay in Westport”

Our accommodation was cosy, comfortable, well appointed and perfectly located (near the Quay and close to a supermarket). We can highly recommend this place.

“Westport Experience”

Nice and close to Quay and suited our needs to explore the area. We stayed 4 nights and found the accommodation very convenient for the grocery and general store nearby and in walking distance of the Quay shops and restaurants. There is a fairly steep hill if you want to do the 20 minute walk into the main town so you may prefer to drive.

“What an amazing place”

My friend booked this place for me this weekend. As it came highly rated and suited. To our needs and what a place it was. Not only Westport as a whole but the apartment. Was incredible Had everything and more you could need. Not only was it spotless and well maintained it was perfect the only faults which did not even affect the stay was a few things needed updating eg showers dishwasher and tv. Also a few things for kids to do would make the stay 100% perfect. Deffo would rate this place 9/10 and would 100% stay again. The location of the property is perfect for everything around Westport. Only a few minutes walk to Westport house. And the town centre.
