Description

The cottage is located in Özdere which became the resort of Özdere as a known 'original fishing village without mass tourism in a romantic Bay in the Aegean Sea' many years ago. For about 10 years it can be added to this statement that Özdere, which was turned into a village, that is very interesting for tourists. Nowadays, Özdere is a touristic place with a good infrastructure and a mild climate throughout the year. There is a little less than 9000 inhabitants and surrounded by 3000 high quality beds (small guest-houses and summer houses have not included). The resort of Özdere is very suitable for families with children, because there are nice sandy beaches and enough peace and quiet. Nice big high Chinese plantations and a hinterland with forests and rugged nature characterize this nice holiday resort, which is located to the southwest of the city of Izmir between cesme and Kusadasi. In the middle of Özdere city, you find a bank with EC-machine, post office, medical service (doctor, hospital pharmacy, first aid) en 2 supermarkets where you can find all the daily needs. Along the main street, where the hotel is situated, you will find many shops and restaurants, visited Bergin Central Izmir Adnan out of better airport 45 km. Ephesus & Mother Mary 38 km. Cesme town 90 km. Kusadasi 44 km. Pamukkale 210 km cottage offers 3 bedrooms for you. The House has 2 shower, toilet, washing machine and dining living room seating, satellite TV, radio, table, each rooms with double beds and you are also in the House balcony, terrace and a garden with trees. The holiday house is only 500 metres away from child-friendly sand beach and you are also in short time in town center.
