Description

Completed in 2006, we have 3 apartments around a beautiful condominium .All apartments overlook the pool and are fully air conditioned throughout. The complex has an excellent selection of entertainment for the family, including piped music throughout with individual controls in the bedrooms and living room. All 3 beautifully furnished apartments are situated in a lovely family complex that is peaceful and relaxing, yet within easy walking distance of the main hub of Albufeira. The main bedroom and living room lead out onto an eight metres long balcony with outdoor table and chairs, overlooking the swimming pool and swing park, The six metres long back balcony, again with tables and chairs, over look a natural park. These two balconies ensure you get the sun from 7am to 1 pm on the front balcony and from 1pm to 8pm on the back balcony.

The apartments are situated just a 5 minute walk to the main street of Albufeira, 10 minutes walk to The Strip and 20 minutes to the Old Town, so there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within easy reach. The nearest beach is 800m away. It is 30 minutes to Faro Airport.

“Excellent apartment”

Stayed at the apartment from Jan to March 2019. Ideally situated... close to supermarkets including Aldi and Lidl. Short walking distance to the bus station. About 20 mins to Old Town. Short distance to main shopping area. Nearest beach about 15 mins walk. The apartment has everything you could want... a full kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, lounge/diner. Smart TV, radio etc. A good swimming pool... too cold to use in the winter but very close to public swimming pool which is excellent. Very helpful Manager (Lorraine). Nothing was too much bother. Highly recommended.

“Great Apartment, great location, great facilities”

Great facilities for a young family, beautiful apartment, very quite location but plenty bars & restaurants nearby (5 minutes walk) 25 walk to the old town, both kids & parents had a great holiday, very secure location & very well maintained pool & childrens playground. Large Supermarket just a few minutes walk away
