Description

368 square meter flat with six bedrooms and one hobby room which has a ping pong table. Three of the rooms have two single beds and, one has three beds, one has a queen size bed and the master bedroom has a king size bed. It is easy to change the hobby room into a bedroom. There are two WC with showers and one of them has a big bathtub with sauna in it. One of the WC is in the master bedroom and the other one is off the entry of the house. The third one is on the hallway.

The kitchen is large and fully equipt with a large dining table for up to 12 people. There are two more large dining tables in the spacious living room so up to 36 people could dine comfortably in the house. The living room and the TV area is around 80 square meters and is perfect for some events. The TV is in the area next to the living room.

There is a large garden outside of the house with furniture so the house provides excellent areas for socialising both indoors and outside.

Two of the bedrooms and the hobby room are off the entry were you enter the house and the other four are further inside the house on a long hallway. All the rooms are very spacious. On the hallway you can also find the loundry room which has a washing machine and a dryer.
