SEA VIEW, 3 BED APARTMENT IN ST LEONARD'S, HASTINGS.

Spacious, light and recently renovated to a contemporary high standard.

LOUNGE/ DINING ROOM: Rising high ceilings, large, comfy “L” shaped sofa and two deco chairs overlooking a stunning window with magnificent sea views. Also features a 40 inch Television, beautiful handmade dining room table and chairs for intimate meals, adjacent to the charming, leaded Captain's window looking out to sea.

KITCHEN: Modern kitchen with all the equipment required to prepare and cook meals, with a beautiful sea view as you cook.

3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS: One gorgeous sea view bedroom with a wonderful handmade 'princess and the pea' bed and two huge double bedrooms to the back, the charming colonial room, and the fern room which can be set up as a double or twin.

BATHROOM: Modern bathroom with toilet, separate shower and bath, and a separate WC off the main hall.

Beautiful apartment in lovely location, with a nice walk to Hastings, or a bus if you’re feeling like it. Really comfortable with plenty of space. Communication from the owners was prompt and helpful. Can highly recommend.

“Fantastic”

The apartment was better than the photos , the rooms were massive and decorated to a very high standard. The beds were lovely we all had a good sleep. The only issue I had was that I couldn't find any knives and forks I searched for about 20 mins looking everywhere was about to text to ask if they had any and my wife walked into the kitchen opened the first draw and pulled out the inner draw with them all in , I haven't lived it down yet . We will be going down again as we have family living there so would definitely hope to rebook.

“Superb accomodation”

“Fabulous Apartment”

Fabulous Apartment, well appointed and clean, over looking the sea. We were 3 ladies having a few days by the sea. This beautiful apartment made our stay. It is superbly decorated, scrupulously clean and has everything you could need plus a wonderful sea view. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment; plus Sue and Caroline answered questions really quickly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Caroline & Susie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
