Welcome to one of the most comfortable and private vacation rental property in the forest of the Central Pacific area! You'll enjoy a full host of amenities at our grand estate Spanish architecture homes. Clubhouse built and designed to entertain, this is the Ultimate indulgence for Bachelor /Stag Party groups, Family Groups, Corporate retreats, Spring Breakers and ALL group types.

This private property on the outskirts of Jaco City includes six separate homes. There are 20 acres with paths to enjoy. Watch wild Mantled Howler Monkeys, tropical birds including Scarlet Macaws, Parakeets, Parrots, hummingbirds, butterflies, iguanas, Tamandua/Collared Anteater, White-nosed Coati, Red Tailed Squirrels, Hairy Porcupines, Pacas, and Naked-tailed Armadillos in their natural environment. Relax with drinks at the private pool. On the night of the event, Christmas, or New Years there will be a catered meal including unlimited red and white wine sangria and a private firework show. Transportation to and from Juan Santamaria International Airport is included as well as a typical Costa Rican breakfast. Our staff will help arrange all tours, special requests, and services you may need during your stay. There are many restaurants, ice cream parlors, farmers fruit stands, and mini marts within a short walk of the properties front gates. Getting around

If you are adventuresome and want to explore Costa Rica a car is recommend. Public transportation picks up and drops off directly across the street. Public Transportation is safe, reliable, and economical. It does take a bit longer to get to places with the stops. Private transportation is also available. I can arrange for any transportation needs you may have. All of the tour companies pick up and drop off at the property as well.

There is an on-site manager who can help with directions and any issues that may arise. I can help arrange any tours, excursion, or addition services you may require during your stay.

Response from the owner Hello C. Family, It was so nice meeting all of you. For a group as large as yours we were amazed how clean the houses and pool were. We really appreciate you seperating your recyclables, turning off all fans, air conditioners, and electrical devices when leaving the home, seperating all old fruits and vegetables so we can make it into a organic mulch, and rinsing off before entering the pool. We mention these items to all of our guests and rarely do they ever pay any attention. By turing off the eco friendly air conditioners every day when left you turly helped the environment. Six houses with ac on for a week is like one house having it on for 42 consecutive days. Small changes to our daily habits can make a world of difference. And, by rinsing off before entering the pool the water remained in pristine condition for the guests arriving qthe same day you departed. We can't thank you enough for staying with us and being model guests. We would be thrilled to have any or all of you back. Take care and we hope to see you again soon
