Per 2 persone. Nel contesto di uno dei palazzi antichi del centro storico di Orosei, al secondo piano e ultimo piano, è situato il monolocale di circa 30 metri quadri a cui si aggiungono 10 metri quadri di soppalco. Di recente restauro, è dotato di cucina nuova, con piano cottura a induzione, lavastoviglie, grande frigorifero, climatizzazione, un bagno con doccia. Nel soppalco è sistemata la camera da letto matrimoniale con i comodini e cassettiera. La grande terrazza di 50 metri quadri si apre su una vista panoramica che comprende il mare e alcune parti suggestive del paese. Nel cortile antico vi è una grande scacchiera per momenti di svago. Data la struttura antica del palazzo ( sottoposto a tutela dei beni storici) non è stato possibile dotare il palazzo di ascensore.
Ara condizionata a pagamento in base ai consumi. Wifi 10 euro/settimana.
