This family rental is centrally located between the two major piers on the boardwalk. Very clean and affordable two bedroom. Sleeps 6 (2 queens & 2 singles) Linens not provided. Full kitchen/ A/C & Ceilings fans in bedrooms and Living room 55" QLED TV Wifi & Internet access included. BBQ grill Free Adult Boardwalk bikes available. Large front porch and back deck. One off street parking for mid size or smaller car. One & one half blocks to beach/boardwalk. Walk to most attractions and a variety of restaurants. Owner lives on property. Inquire about early summer convention and event specials. (Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all guests must be at least 21 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Maximum 4 people if under 21)

Due to the uncertainty of the coronavirus and its affect in certain areas I am going to allow adequate time between bookings to allow for a more detailed and complete cleaning of the apartment, porch and deck. How do damage deposits work?
