Propriété de Charme et de Caractère au calme dans un jardin paysager traversé par une petite rivière.Accès libre à un Espace Détente comprenant Spa ,Hammam ,Sauna . & une terrasse solariumSituation centrale idéale pour visiter les principaux sites (Etretat, Veules les roses, Varengeville s/mer, Dieppe,Rouen, Baie de Somme) . 4 km de la mer.
Le prix inclut l'accès à un Espace Détente avec son Spa (6 places) , son Hammam (6 places), son sauna (3 places) et sa terrasse plein sud à l'abri des regards : pour privilégier le bien-être et l'intimité de chaque gîte, nous avons mis en place un planning journalier où vous choisissez votre créneau horaire de1h30 minimum ( ce peut être + si personne après vous ) entre 14h et minuit . Ainsi, vous jouissez chaque jour d'un Espace privatif sans être dérangé par les personnes des autres gîtes.
Le thé,le café et une enceinte bluetooth pour la musique ( + internet) y sont à disposition.
Pour le gîte, les serviettes de toilettes , draps et sorties de bain sont fournies.Barbecue à dispostion. Wifi. TV écran plat avec satellite . Enceinte Bluetooth JBL à dispostion.
A disposition également 5 vélos anglais , un babyfoot de bar (Stella) ainsi qu'une laverie (lave-linge, sèche-linge, fer à repasser + table).
Possibilité de massages et de soins du corps (option )
Possibilité de commander votre plateau de fruits de mer ( direct de notre producteur local) à la carte + accompagnements possibles ( vin blanc,pain bio ,beurre salé etc...) pour votre arrivée ou pour un soir de votre séjour
Possibilité des 2 options : 1/ massages et soins du corps dans votre Espace Détente par une masseuse praticienne spa pro . 2/ Location de vélos électriques californiens (autonomie 75km)

Oui, c'est vrai , dès que nous pouvons avoir une nouvelle petite idée pour la satisfaction de nos clients , nous la mettons en place comme les enceintes bluetooth, les google home dans chaque gîte . Le spa "Bluelagoonspa" nouvellement installé est top et dépasse l'ancien niveau efficacité ( pompes de massages) et prestations comme la musique intégrée par bluetooth ou même le seau à champagne intégré.... Avec plaisir pour une prochaine fois avec une météo plus clémente Philippe et Valérie

Il est vrai qu'Ouville la rivière a le double avantage d'être calme et reposant mais aussi de se situer idéalement à proximité de grandes villes , à proximité aussi de la mer et de sites touristiques séduisant comme Veules les roses. “Exceptionally well-kept and imaginatively furnished small house”
The gîte is placed in the grounds of a beautiful old house, though with good privacy and excellent communication with the owners. Pet-friendly and relaxed with the huge benefit of a well-being centre, which is bookable for 90 mins private use free of charge each day. Huge jacuzzi, sauna and steam room (which was temporarily out of action when we were there) and relaxing deck outside overlooking a stream. We loved the area and Philippe was brilliant in suggesting places to visit. We borrowed the walking guides and discovered the Route Verte which we intend to revisit with our bikes another year, the nearby coast, Etretat and the area around Valery-sur-Somme.
