Ideally located in charming Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and just one block to the beach. This amazing waterfront paradise is the ideal vacation rental. This serene tropical oasis has waterfalls and exotic landscaping surrounding the inviting pool. Enjoy the parade of boats right from your own backyard while you are swimming or sunning by the pool. Large comfortable home with three spacious bedrooms and three full baths located on the Intracoastal Waterway. Each day you choose whether to eat outside on the waterfront deck or the enclosed lanai. Too hot outside, then eat at the large dining room table in the cool air conditioning while you watch the boats ride by. The nautically-themed home is a unique tri-level plan with a spiral staircase leading to the huge Master Suite. The separable Master Suite has a large sitting room overlooking the waterway with floor to ceiling windows. The whole setting gives you the feeling that you are sailing along while enjoying the comforts of your incredible vacation home. The entrance to the Bel-Air community has security gates and the home is private and secure with a two car garage and a secluded, fenced backyard. Its the perfect location for a private romantic getaway while being large enough to accommodate most families. Once you enter this Nautical home you will get the feeling you are on a boat looking out over the water. You can relax and watch the 65 inch TV Shopping is just a short drve with many outside eateries. The fishing pier is just a mile away for great fishing.
