Description
It is situated in the most picturesque quiet street in old town Antibes , close to all amenities and beaches. This 2 bedroom holiday home is on 3 floors with 2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. Although the down stairs bedroom has a murphy bed on the wall that. Can be put away and the room used as another living space if so desired. Both bedrooms have bathrooms en suite.
The middle floor is Kitchen come sitting room. And the top floor bedroom leads on to a balcony with further steps up onto the roof terrace. Which has glorious views of the sea roof tops of the old town and the mountains. It has a large table for dinners on the roof. The house is not particularly suitable for families with small children as the roof is quite high up. Although it is wonderful for couples or for adults with grown up children. They can even sleep up on the roof if so desired.
There is also a barbeque area on the bedroom balcony adjacent to the roof. WITH AN Outdoor fridge and sink.

“Lovely house with stunning sea views”
This lovely house is located on one of the prettiest streets of the Old Town of Antibes. Although the street itself is quiet and peaceful, the shops, cafes, restaurants,bakeries and the famous covered market of the Old Town are all within a short stroll. Both of the beaches in Antibes are within a ten minute walk in either direction. The property is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Both bedrooms have stylish, modern en suite bathrooms. The little Provençal soaps provided in the bathrooms on arrival were a lovely touch. With two well-equipped roof terraces, this property is ideally suited to making the most of the sunshine and warm weather. One terrace is equipped with a barbecue, while the topmost terrace has stunning 360 degree views of the sea and surrounding area. The spectacular rooftop views alone make this a truly unique property.

“Right place to be in Antibes”
The location is very well located in the old city of Antibes. It is closed to the beaches, the "marché provencal" and to all stores. Therefore no need for a car there. The property is in a small and quiet street The property is well designed and well furnished with 2 bedrooms and a beautiful roof terrace. The view is unbelievable on the Antibes bay and on the sunset The owner is always delighted to help you by providing what could missed and / or to provide good places to go for the evening

“Puts you right in the heart of Antibes. Made me feel like a local”
glorious cottage to stay in. I chose the bedroom on the 2nd floor with the balcony and its amazing views. Light filled house yet cool because old walls are so thick. Well decorated and not overfilled as some places seem to be. But everything I needed was there and with a vast amount of restaurants and shops to eat and browse in. Plan to return soon.
