Description

The flat is situated at 10-minute walk from Mondello, the most famous sandy beach in Palermo.

At less than 50 meters there is a bus stop that can leave you either to Mondello or the beautiful historical center of Palermo.

During the summer free buses can take you to Mondello beach in less than 3 minutes. There are usually 2 buses every hour.

There is the possibility to rent other two double rooms each with a private bathroom, situated in the same apartment.

The 3 bedrooms flat is situated on the second floor of a small building without lift.

There are 3 bathrooms, kitchen, where you can cook if you want, office and a dining room.

During the summer we offer a breakfast on our terrace. There is enough parking space for a car in front of the flat absolutely for free.

The flat has a kitchen and it is possible for the visitors to cook whenever they want and eat in the dining room, with the possibility to use our 40 ' Sony Bravia Television with Sky decoder sitting comfortably on the couch enjoying movies or programs in the original language.

Closer to our flat there are also few restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets and shopping center.
