a completely independent apartment. Rent for longer periods at least short (days, weeks max 3 months) Direct access to the sea (50 meters Warning is steep and during the rainy season it can be slippery) excellent condition (built in 2014 and for rent since 3/2015) fully equipped (living room with sofa bed, fitted kitchen, washing machine, two large terraces on two floors with stunning views of the lagoon and two baobab, quiet and secure place (apart from guard dogs, barking occasionally) a large bed with mosquito net for sleeping outside is installed on the upper deck! waterfront lot of water activities can * wifi * secure parking * even the shower has a view of the lagoon up to 2 (4)
