Description
It is an amazing villa 200 sm .The villa is set on a 2,300sq meters plot of land on the sea front with steps leading to a small private sandy beach.The villa is on three levels and consists of a lower ground floor with two bedrooms and one big bathroom.The ground floor has a living room with fire place ,a fully equipped open - plan kitchen and a WC.On the first floor there are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
In the garden there is a sweet water swimming pool and covered seating and dinning areas where one can sit and enjoy the amazing sea view as well as the spectacular sunset.
Full HD Smart TV in all bedrooms and the living room.
