Description

This lake view house is located in one of Big Bear's finest neighborhoods in Metcalfe Bay near Pleasure Point Marine. The neighborhood is quiet and a beautiful place to walk with your family or pets. Boat, kayak, or jet ski rental is within walking distance from the house.

We have a private backyard 7000 sf. that is completely fenced in. A private hot tub is available for relaxing with 115 jets. There is a new large flat screen TV 4k. A fully stocked kitchen looks out on to the lake and includes: pots and pans, dishware, coffeemaker , coffee grinder, microwave, new gas range, fridge and dishwasher. Laundry facilities on site. New hardwood floors throughout the newly remodeled home. All new furniture in all rooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed as well as a bunk bed ,TV with DVD player. The other bedroom comes equipped with a queen size bed and an additional bunk bed for your guests. Private patio comes with gas grill, as well as Mediterranean style barbque . Las Vegas style game table available for your pleasure.

We have generator on the site in case of power outage. very easy to use. Our fireplace electrical. We have central heating system. AC is available only summer time. we provide 2 sleds during the snow season. we have sliding area cross the street.

Our CABIN is situated as the first property in front of the road. The lake is right across the street, very accessible.

Response from the owner HELLO FOLKS, THIS IS NOT WHAT I DO FOR A LIVING, I SHARE MY CABIN SO YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR STAY. THESE GUEST ARE TALKING ABOUT HONESTY, BUT THEY WERE DISHONEST WITH ME. ON THE CONTRACT IT CLEARLY STATES THERE IS A PET FEE, AND THAT FEE IS USED FOR A DEEP CLEANISING AND ANY DAMAGES THE PETS MAY LEAVE. WHEN I GOT TO THE CABIN, IT WAS TRASHED, THERE WAS TRASH EVERYWHERE, DISHES WERE DIRTY AND BROKEN, ON THE RULES, IT STATES YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE ANY DISHES, POTS AND PANS, LEAVING THEM THE WAY YOU FOUND THEM. REGARDING THE TRASH BAGS, I LEAVE AN AMONT OF TRASH BAGS FOR THE AMOUNT OF GUEST STATED, IT IS A BIG BEAR ORDINACE FOR YOU TO THROW YOUR TRASH IN THE DESIGNTED AREA, ON THE HOUSE RULES IT CLEARY STATES THAT LOCATION. REGARDING THE HEATER, WE HAD ELECTRICAL HEATING, AND EXTRA HEATERS IN THE CABIN FOR USE.WE PREVIOUSLY HAD ISSUES IN ONE OF THE ROOMS WITH THE ELCTRICAL HEATING. WE FIXED THAT ISSUE AND INSTALLED CENTRAL HEATING IN THE CABIN. REGARDING THE ICE ISSUE. WE LEAVE SALT IN THE CABIN TO USE FOR THE PATHWAY TO MELT THE ICE, IN THE WINTER, THE SNOWING AND ICE, ITS MOTHER NATURE, THERE IS NOT MUCH WE CAN DO BUT BE EXTRA CAREFUL, THOSE ARE THE PRECUATIONS IN THE ALPINE ZONE.
