bellissimo alloggio , inserito nel antico Borgo marinaro di PITELLI, confortevole e spazioso adatto per famiglie e per coppie, ospita fino a 9 persone.

un ampio soggiorno con cucina americana, soggiorno con caminetto. al primo piano una camera matrimoniale con annesso bagno con uso di doccia. al secondo piano camera matrimoniale ampia con vista mare, annesso bagno con vasca. completamente ristrutturato nuovo, l'edificio sorge nel carruggio marinaro di Pitelli frazione della Spezia, panoramico con veduta suggestiva di LERICI porto turistico con famoso Castello, e dall'ultima camera matrimoniale al piano superiore si puo' godere della vista del mare e di Portovenere gioiello turistico della costa di Levante.

Affittiamo l'intero stabile con biancheria e, stoviglie. LA CUCINA E' DOTATA DI FRIGORIFERO, FREEZER. FORNO MICROONDE , BOLLITORE ELETTRICO Tostapane,Lavatrice ed asciugatrice biancheria macchina da caffè americano.Stoviglie e utensili. Mettiamo a disposizione degli ospiti caffe' e due bottiglie di acqua minerale al loro arrivo.

l'ambiente e' confortevole e ben servito per gli spostamenti da e per la vicina spiaggia attrezzata ''BAIA BLU'', per chi ama le passeggiate a piedi si raggiunge il mare in 20 minuti, 10 minuti con l'auto e con l'autobus. La fermata dell'autobus si trova a meno di 100 metri dall'alloggio e senza fatica potrete spostarvi verso le localita' turistiche di Lerici porto, Portovenere, La Spezia, Sarzana, e la Versilia.

Pitelli antico borgo nel periodo di luglio ed agosto offre ai turisti magnifiche sagre paesane per gustare le svariate specialita' di pesce cucinato alla ''ligure'', gode oltretutto per la posizione panoramica magnifica vista del mare sottostante e del clima fresco marino incorniciato dalla frescura della campagna circostante. non solo mare e sole, ma anche una vacanza all'insegna della salute e del relax. Vi aspettiamo prr una piacevole vacanza presso la nostra residenza ''SOLEIL DOREE “! L’appartamento ha WI-FI GRATUITA.
