This Tolgay Living Villa is built with 5 star quality materials and is elegantly furnished. The villa has functional layout with modern design. The living space and communal areas have been carefully thought out for the optimal comfort of the guests.The villa has 3 bedrooms and an open style living area. All bedrooms have air conditioner, TV, multimedia player and an ensuite bathroom. The villa has a private swimming pool that is equipped with sun beds and the master bedroom has a direct access to it. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and gadgets you will need. Our spacious kitchen that is open to the living room and garden is equipped with :- Large capacity refrigerator/freezer- Gas Cooktop- Water dispenser- Toaster, Blender, Coffe Machine and all the cooking tools you will need... The living room and dining room area are open to the pool deck.The pool is 20 m squaredThe living space is 270 m squared You will be provided with:100% cotton sheets and towelsDelicious breakfasts Pool man and gardenerMaidsWelcome drinks and fruits upon arrival The NeighborhoodThe villa is set back from the main street and is in a quiet green setting and a peaceful area.
