Fantastic apartment 100 m2 , located on the main promenade of Armacao de Pera , overlooking one of the best beaches .
The Marginal Avenue that is now pedestrianized , is bustling with good terraces so you can enjoy the magnificent climate of the Algarve .
Very spacious apartment, has the capacity to receive 4 persons, a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen with all appliances and a balcony on the beach ideal for a romantic dinner overlooking the sea.
Near the apartment there is a supermarket , Wi-Fi area , tourist office , restaurants , a playground and several local shops .
The building has a lift and good access for people with reduced mobility , as well as parking in the garage.
The beach of Armacao de Pera has an extensive beach of fine white sand. Ideal to rest and recharge your batteries or have a good time enjoying themselves in bars scattered throughout the village .
This location offers several golf courses, water parks, and opportunities to practice various sports. Silves Castle is only 20Km.

“Lovely Apartment in a lovely location”
Amercia de Pera is a lovely resort with long sandy beaches. It suits people who like a relaxing holiday with a number of great restaurants specialising in fish at reasonable prices. If your looking for nightlife or a pint and full english breakfast this is not the resort for you. The apartment is situated on the front pedestrianised promenade on the 4th floor. It is a lovely apartment clean and well equipped with a wonderful view from the spacious balcony over the sea. It is a quiet location with 2 well stocked supermarkets within 100m. Though there is a TV it only has Portuguese channels however a DVD player is provided. WiFi is fast and reliable. Our stay was trouble free apart from some confusion on arrival which meant we had to wait a couple of hours before we could obtain the keys to get access.
