This condo was in a perfect location for visiting Grand Haven. We loved our early morning sunrise and evening sunset walks along the waterfront trail to the beach and light house. In the morning my husband walked a couple of blocks to a bakery for scones and in the evening we had a delicious dinner at the Grand Seafood and Oyster Bar (the mussels were great!) nearby. We appreciated a comfortable bed with generous clean white comforters and pillows. The balcony was a lovely place to sit in the morning and watch the fishing boats in the river. Off-street parking was convenient although a bit awkward to navigate (large vehicles might have difficulty). The check-in and check-out was perhaps the easiest we've experienced for a property rental with electronic codes instead of keys. The owners were very responsive. We would recommend this condo for a small family group.

The condo was a perfect match for us, as we got married a few hours earlier and were staying in Grand Haven for another day to wrap things up with family. We had lots of space, our own parking spot and the place was tidy when we got there. The location is killer - right on the channel with a view of the big lake too (and lighthouse!), and walking distance to the downtown for dinner and drinks, or to the pier and beach. Communication with Vida was easy too. We also adored the huge bathroom with the heated floors! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved the cupboard balcony and could watch the light display from the balcony each night since it was raining. The kids loved having Netflix available on the three TVs. Response from the owner Guest notified that cleaning had not thoroughly cleaned floor. Cleaning went in and cleaned any area of question. Guest locked themselves on deck. Again coordinated someone to go and deal with complaint. We had complaints from owners that the guest had 12 to 14 people in the unit. We were not notified that the condo would be used this way. The condo is very well kept and one of the nicest in the area.
