Description

The open plan kitchen dining area and lounge has feature stone open fire,with a modern contempory look and a stylish corner suite and 42"plazma TV.The ground floor is fully furnished with table and seating in the lounge/dining areas for a maximum of 8/10 people.On the ground floor there is also a seperate games room, which has a double sofa bed and clothes storage.As well as a TV with DVD and playstation.There is also a downstairs double bedroom,with ensuite.The kitchen has extensive high quality units with granite surfaces.Bult in oven,hob,extractor ,dishwasher washing machine,and a double fridge freezer with built in ice maker The floors to all reception and bedrooms are laid with cool marble tiles.On the first floor there are three further double bedrooms all with en suite.Again all the furnishings are of modern contempory style.Two of the bedrooms lead onto the large balcony,which is overlooking the swimming pool and again have magnificient views of the mountains.This is ideal for evening drinks.All rooms throughout the house are fully air conditioned and central heating.A cot is also available.

EQUIPMENT&APPLIANCES Air conditioning and central heating throughout,working open fire,constant hot water from electrc boiler.

The kitchen dining room is fully fitted with large fridge freezer,oven a hob and extractor,dishwasher.There is a microwave,kettle/toaster etc and all crockery and utensils ample up to 10 adults.

Washing machine ,iron ironing board and airers are available for your use in the separate utility/depot.

for your own entertainment the lounge is equipped with a music system,satellite TV aDVD player.

A "Welcome Pack " is provided to our guests

OUTSIDE: The large private pool has aswim under water feature.There is also extensive patio area,which together with gardens and large balconies offer varied sunbathing areas,furnished with sun loungers.As the sun goes down the lights illuminate around the grounds with the back drop of the mountains create a beautiful setting for a quiet relaxing evening.There is a feature stone built BBQ and poolside shower.The large shaded veranda complete with tables and chairs are perfect for dining alfresco,there is also an attractive covered Kosk

Beautiful villa set in lovely grounds with a 2 min walk to the beginning of the town. Suitable for disabled access.
