Comfortable, bright and with a beautiful terrace, the property is located in a prestigious, safe and quiet residential area, a strategic position to visit Cagliari and its surroundings.

It is designed to relax and fully enjoy your holiday and is provided with wi-fi, air conditioning and a heating unit in order to ensure a comfortable rest.

We also provide and a dining area on the terrace that is perfect for staying outdoors for the morning breakfast or for your summer dinner :-)

This property fits in a condo with a concierge and night security guard and is composed of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with tub and shower, a bedroom and a wonderful veranda. A total of two guests can stay in the bedroom and, eventually, one additional guest can sleep in the sofa bed.

Whenever you like, you can use the bicycles that we provide for free and reach the cycle path that leads to the Poetto beach and Molentargius Park. The entrance to the cycle path is just 300 meters from the apartment!

The historic district can be reached in about ten minutes through a very nice walk along the promenade or through the main shopping streets.

The bus stop for the historical center (3-4 min) or Poetto beach (8-10 min) is 400 meters from the apartment.

It is possible to park the car in the free public parking lots widely available on the road.

The beautiful beaches of the southwest and southeast coast of Sardinia are located at less than one hour drive from the property. Guests will have access to directions and all the information needed in order to don't miss the most famous Sardinia's amazing beaches!

Getting around

The property is located in Cagliari, Via Stanislao Caboni 3 and can be reached from the harbor or the railway station by a 15-minute walk or by bus n. 5 (bus stop Bonaria church). For long staying holidays, we strongly suggest renting a car at the airport, in order to be able to visit our amazing South coast beaches, located less than one hour by car from Cagliari. From the airport, you can take the train to Piazza Matteotti and then proceed with the aforementioned bus n.5. In case you have bulky luggage (or just in case you want to relax!) the average cost for a taxi is between 30 and 35 € depending on luggage and time/traffic.
