Description

This cottage is located on a private family /farm estate between Mougin and Mouans-Sartoux - right in the centre of the Cote d'Azur! It gives you the peace and privacy you want for a relaxed holiday in a well maintained and picturesque atmosphere!

Relax to the faint sound of a river and inhale the nature and athmospere or walk along the peachorchards and flowering wide lawns for hours.

Terraces , trees , woods and big lawns, a BQ, lots of candles can give you a very happy and romantic time!

Your are only 15 min away from beautiful French villages like Valbonne, Mougin, Grasse, Cannes. Monaco, Cannes or Nice can even be visited by a scenic train from Mouans-Sartoux directly. Beaches are near Theoule or Antibes and everywhere else

The salon is spacious with TV, books, WiFI and an open fireplace which gives you great atmosphere and access to the terrace where you can hear a river floating by,

A well furnished kitchen has all the equipment and tools you need, next to a laundry room with washingmachine and dryer. Everything is well maintained to give you a easy time!

A spacious shower / bathroom with toilet has many shelves, good towels and soaps for you!

A very cozy bedroom makes you sleep well with fresh linen sheets and excellent matress!

You walk through gardens to the pool which is located very quietly about 5 min from the cottage.

The owners are British and German and live in the ancient mill on the property since 1957. They are always available for advise and help.

For your welcome you will have a good bottle of wine and some nibbles, mineral water and whatever you may have requested - all waiting for you!

The house is available for long term in off season and can be negotiated.

Private parking is available on our property.

Dogs are not allowed

With a car you can do excellent shopping only 8 min away. Lots of Bio shops, vegetable and fruit outlets are close by.

We welcome the guest and show them the property and.cottage. We are always available for help and advise! But as the property is so big you rarely see them!
